That is a warhammer scale model.

Anyone having any good tips in how to sculpt faces so that they would be more detailed and more smooth?

Hard to say but it looks as if you\'ve picked up some paint particles in the green stuff.
That might be one of the problems about not getting a smooth finish.

As for Sculpting there are a number of Articles here on Coolminiornot and also Werner Klocke has (had) a good one on faces on his websiteHere.

Woah! I don\'t know if it\'s paint particles or not but something\'s making your putty very flakey. Is it just GS or is there another putty in there? How old or fresh is the GS?

Apart from that, it\'s looking very good.

Sculpting faces is something I don\'t have much experience of, but to get the putty smooth you generally have to sit down and smooth it! Use a flat or slightly convex tool with a rounded edge. Clay shapers are very useful too.

If you\'re new to sculpting, you may want to try to use sculpy or fimo since they have no set up time and you won\'t feel rushed. Also, try to do a larger face just to get the feel of the overall thing then do it again smaller.

Buy fresh GS. Or cut out and discard the entire of the central part of the ribbon - any part of the putty that\'s remotely hardened will just cause problems.
