Sculpting Fine Detail

hi all
ive starte planning next years young blood entry, and its clear that quite a bit of sculpting is in order. what is the best putty for fine detail sculpting? i have access to green stuff and silver grey milliput. when i say fine detial i mean emblems and such on armour(28mm). is his detail or fine detail? i dunno, but anyways, help and tips would be great appreiciated

I think you are too hard on yourself. I think that it looks good! I also like the freehand markings on the shield. The only way to build your confidence level in painting is to continue practicing. Paint stuff you like and stuff that excites you and you will only get better. :)

your like me evrything you paint you think it is crap and isnt worth posting :beer: believe me it isnt bad i like what you have done with the armour.

i want you to make a new thread name it :yb entry harry the hammer

and i bet you will get lots of helpful tips on how to improve.

and another thing dont compare your work to others.

thanks guys, i reckon ill try a blend of gs and milliput. As to harrythe hammer, no sg im not starting the thread i cant let so many people see that atrocity

its the only way you will improve by getting feedback on minis you have painted

i will do it and its not an atrocity
