Sculpting Muscles...hmm?

Does anyone have any good tutorials which show how to sculpt accurate muscles. I am looking for chest, abdomen and back really but legs would be handy.

Essentially, find pictures of what you want. Refer to this material often, get multiple views if possible and perhaps sketch some stuff out. Back musculature in particular is very variable, depending on the position of the arms.

Also, be prepared to leave some things out. At an inch tall, you\'re not going to be able to get everything in there as you would at larger scales.

I went to the library and got a book on weight lifting for reference. The muscles are SO exaggerated they are easy to pick out.

yeah flex etc are great for looking at multiple angles of flexed muscles. also anatomy for the artist books are great. one by sarah simblet has all sorts of photos with overlays of the anatomy. another by jeno barcsay is good as it tells you all the medical info about the mucles - where they start/end, what they are used for
