Yeah, I figured that too. I hope we manage to hear from him before that. If he decides not to sculpt, that\'s ok. Hmm, idea, if that is the case you could take the figure to GD and see if you can talk any of the sculptors there to do Seth\'s part. :)

The curse of Miss Green.

Man is seems everyone is gun-ho to start sculpting Miss Green, until they get her. Then they disappear and/or loose all motivation.

Who can withstand! !!:cool: and who will:( succum to the curse.

Well, it\'s 2-2, right now. Green stuff and I survived the curse. :)

This reminds me of VIC 1. I can\'t remember how many people managed to harm themselves while painting that demon but there were great many!

I\'m still sculpting, still painting but well admire you guys who so actively take part in these things (from Mini exchanges, paint-aids, VIPS/VICS).

but where-ever and whatever Seth is up to, I understand......

i\'m still up for it and if we can get the mini from Seth at GD then i shal have a crack a the feace if that is ok with everybody???

oh and Ming-hua what is white stuff like to sculpt with? my green stuff is going off and just got some for tryouts from the coolmini store.

White stuff? Well, I tried it out when it was released several years ago but didn\'t like it very much. That is too say, too expensive for too little difference with Green stuff.

Behaviour and feel is very similar to green stuff. It takes sharper details a little better but has the unfortunate tendency to form a skin after a short while. So when you push the putty it may end up wrinkled.

Anyway, if you have a try-out batch - try it. It may well be you like it.

I heard Seth was there but didn\'t meet him. Did you have better luck Rob or Stuart?

@Jake : We\'ll first try to get our hands back on the mini and then see ;). You being in the US is no problem since several of the participants are there.

i met him at games day, and he said he had done the face and would send it on and post pics up on here. that was over a month ago. :( i think this might be a dead end. i also heard that he is taking a break from miniatures for a while.

shall we start another one up?

No reaction as yet? In that case how about starting another project? If the green of the first one pops up eventually we can still continue it.

Maybe it\'d be nice to let those that didn\'t get to do something start out first this time (we\'ll have to look on geography matters though).

umm ok... mayhap being a dork here, but since you asked after my post... yes I am in - lol! As to whomever doing something this time around, I think we should still keep some folks in the same places, like the armature and the bulk-out as you guys have a proven record making figures within acceptable \'scale\' and I am sure I would make the frame odd in some way - hahaha. Other than that, I am happy to change \'jobs\' if necessary, if folks want my highly coveted postion of Pants! hee hee. (wait in case the sarcasm font was off, I really don\'t mind doing the pants and boots etc at all. I was just teasing)
