Well, it could be a fun exercise in communication to see if we can each make a part and then see how well it all fits together.
A division could be: head, torso, hip and legs, arms, wings, weapons, bits and pieces.
Otherwise we need to follow the original order:
1 - making/posing the armature and freezing the joints.
2 - Netherlands - weapons
3 - torso
4 - head
5. - wing back piece
6. - UK - wings
7. - trousers+shoes
8. - fleshing out the visible muscles (left arm I presume )
9. - Australia - equipment (pouches, etc, ...)/mechanical right arm
Weapons, wings and equipment can be done parallel in this case. The rest has to be done in a series.
