Depends on what kind of tool you want. If you\'re after the normal double-ended metal type, recent thread from the General Discussions forum:
http://www.coolminiornot.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=28648

You\'re unlikely to find this sort of tool elsewhere as cheaply, in the UK.

You can make your own sculpting tools from shaped cocktail sticks, sanded smooth and coated with superglue - some sculptors do almost all their work with this kind of thing (plus a couple of needles, a craft knife or two). Also consider old brush handles, swizzle sticks and wooden dowels as potential sources of material for tool making.

Have a look at the selection of tools in my photos in this other thread on pF (page 2):

And clayshapers/colourshapers are also useful with their rubber end. Available in most hobby stores I\'ve been to.

Get down to your local dentists or dental laboratory they may have a few old tools that can be used or converted.

that\'s a good one actually

if you leave them a container they\'re more than happy to put old stuff in it
If your timing is right you could be really lucky, I got about 15 or so different shaped probes from my dentist as they where just renewing some.
They don\'t do this that often, but you can get a good selection of burrs for your \"dremmel\", they chuck them away all the time
