Sculpting Videos?

Hey, all.

I\'ve read the articles.
I\'ve done a search of the forums, and read everything remotely helpful.

Yes. I\'m plunging into attempting to sculpt something. However, there don\'t seem to be any articles (or posts) that actually show the hands at work on a step.

So, I\'m wondering if there\'s any videos out there that might let me get a look at how these things are done?

If not, I\'m already well involved in trial-and-error, starting with the extremely basic, and eventually working my way up.

Project 1: A gravestone. Yes, basic. :) Having never done it before, it\'s new to me, and a start.

I\'m /starting/ with a tombstone.

I intend to work my way up in complexity as I go. But if I can\'t make a simple tombstone, then I won\'t spend as much time on such things.

Thanks for the link, though.

There are a few articles in the article section. I would start with something a little more challenging like a skull or something similar first. And remeber once you take that step there is NO going back.

I\'ve already noticed that. My tombstone\'s almost finished now, and will be a part of my next posted image. The mini\'s done, and the stone will be a part of the base, so it\'ll be there to be seen.

I\'m actually somewhat pleased with the stone. For a first time ever sculpting ANYthing (not counting work with DAS modelling clay when I was 8), it came out all right. But, then, it\'s just a rectangle with some tiny, uneven writing on it, pretty much. Top edge is curved.

I\'ll try a skull, next.
