Sculpting with green stuff

I\'m getting very interested in converting my warhammer 40k slannesh models. I don\'t have any experience on sculpting faces and the like, and frankly I\'ve not seen a turtoirial that doesn\'t jump in expecting you to know the lingo and how to do it already.

I\'m mainly looking for help with faces, hair, insignia, and overal sculpting with green stuff. Any help is very much appreciated.

For the beginner the best thing to do, is cheat. Seriously, I wouldn\'t start on a raw sculpt straight off, go for an excessive conversion, or even better chop up a mini into bits and use each bit as part of a sculpt. In particular use heads from other minis whilst you are learning.

I\'m thinking of converting my own models entirly. What I was thinking of doing was converting existing an existing models head, or maybe sculpting a head myself and putting on an existing models body.
