Searching for a freehand painter (highest level)

Different artists do freehand differently, but all exquisite. What, exactly, are you after?

Bohun does geometric tessellation really well, while Natalia Sobol (sp) does filigree real up well, and so on.

I'm planning a complete repainting of my mill. There should be a freehand on 1-2 sails. Somewhat mystical, scary, skulls, demons ....

i'm a decent painter, but i do not have the ability to do that. So I'm looking for a painter for this part.

Very nice project!

Among the artists who may be able to help you would be Craftworld Studio, Scott Hockley, or Jessica Rich. It may be tough to get hold of either Scott or Jess, but they do good work. I honestly do not know if Jess is retired, you will have to check in with her.

You can also try Kolective SG, but something too elaborate may be out of their reach. Nonetheless, Paul, the studio head, I'm sure would be quite happy to give it a go.

I'll put you in touch with Scott and Paul. You may also want to consider Aleksandr and Marko, from Craftworld. They're not known for freehand, but Alek does really good work.
