Hello everyone,
I backed a CMON project on Gamefound. Due to personal circumstances and a long lack of updates on the project, I decided I no longer wanted to maintain my pledge and requested a refund.
I opened a support ticket and followed all instructions I received from Ricardo (a CMON employee at the time). Despite that, my new ticket has been open since July 2025 with no further interaction or resolution.
I wasn't sure where to post this request for help, so I'm sharing here in hopes someone can point me in the right direction.
I live in LATAM (not the US) and I urgently need the refund money. I understand a processing fee of around 17% may apply, and I’m willing to accept that, but I need the issue resolved.
Any advice on how to escalate this — any active contacts who might help — would be greatly appreciated.
