Btw, I love historical miniatures and busts (being a history teacher) so its always nice to see them. Especially when they look amazing.

How difficult is a bust to paint? cause Ive always wanted to give one a try but have been intimidated at the very prospect.

Monkey i recommend you to paint a bust soon, i really love it and actually im working in a Lansquenet of pegaso models. To paint a Bust may be difficult for the size, at big scale errors are more obvious so you must use paints very fine/thin ??? and be patient.

Excellent paintjob! Is it painted with oils, enamels or acrylics?

The only thing I don\'t like about it is the way it leans backwards (most apparent in the side view).

Ritual, its painted 100% with acrylics. Im agree with you, the way it leans backwards is wrong but may be dungerous fix it without to damage something.
