Hi everyone. I'm new to posting here so please let me know if I step on any toes with posting in this section.
As far as projects, I've been updating my CMON entries and trying to get a handle on mini photography. You can have a great paint job but a bad picture will completely undo it
Here is a shot of my "photo shoot" - add a Canon Powershot SD780 set to Macro on the desk and you have the whole story. Any suggestions? Is it better to have the light source above or facing the subject?

Next up, a repair to one of my Daemonettes. I had a custom greenstuff tentacle attached to this model previously that I was never completely happy with. I finally decided to fix the situation and I grafted a newer plastic claw from GW's newest version of the model.

a little cleanup and some fresh paint and she'll be back on the shelf.
