Hi there,

i´ll post for the first time here on the forums to get more feedback.

Here is my latest entry: http://www.coolminiornot.com/324246

Would be nice of you to comment/vote.

My prime goal here was to learn NMM, practise Freehand, and bring that character of Ser Loras Tyrell onto a miniature.

kind regards,

Daniel

Thanks Andy, is there anything you would have improved or that you don't like? Need constructive criticism please :)

Err not much ....hmm since you ask maybe the pics could have been slightly bigger if you do a collage then maybe a couple of wide angle but a good clear close up. As far as the painting the None Metal Metal is great possibly the cloak needs a slight rethink not sure the dark red works as well as it should with the other colours but that is an aesthetic choice not a reflection on your technical skill and will vary person to person just my take on it.

Agree, lovely mini though and nice to have such a pretty base

Only nit pick I can come up with is the lighting for your NMM doesn't seem to come from the same source all across the mini and there's hardly any on the shield itself. But the technique is very nicely executed and I like the colors.

Sorry, I can't give any constructive criticism either. Just love the understated flesh tones. It has a very subtle, realistic look to it. The texture on the cape is especially nice.
