I feel like I've been painting this for ages. It's crazy how nice those plastics are in the Space Hulk game. Not being a gamer myself, this is actually the first time I have painted a plastic and the quality is amazing. Nearly as good as our resins

There's a lot of him to paint too. I'm off to paint a smaller fig now, maybe a dwarf. That was all a bit much for me:sidefrown:

Nice work as always! I have one nitpick though, the sword looks a bit rough comparing to the rest of the miniature.

The quality of the GW plastics have improved.

Did you add an extra load of bling to this? Not sure I like it, marines have way too much crap added to them already these days. I think this model is good but far too busy.

No added bling on there mate, the space hulk terminators are all heavily over blinged. Fantastic quality for plastic through, and a lovely paint job too.

Really good job on this one. The red is perfect but the sword is not as good as the rest of the mini.

i wouldn't necessarily say rough, but i think the steel nmm could do with some more shading to add contrast, make it more shiny

Must agree with that, the cloak, face etc. are exquisite, but the NMM falls flat, excuse the pun, noticable on the sword, but also I think, the gold NMM could do with some additional shading, as now, I think it has a slightly toffee-like appearance, sorry

I like this, but I've just been looking at Avelorn's and they were lovelier in my eyes. Too clean here maybe, and not quite as contrasted as a Wong. I like it though.
