Been painting five months. My other submissions got some feedback that I tried to implement on this one. More comments welcome. The picture does not really show the contrast very well. The highlights seem blown out on the picture. I'm gonna pick up a micro lens to do a better job. 28mm size.

That's quite nice for only 5 months painting, count me envious! The only comment I'd have is that the yellow feathers could use a bit of shading, they just look flat to me (maybe it's the picture?) Nice job on the face too, it really drew my eye.

The face, especially.

My criticism would be that the brightly colored wings overpower the whole piece, and become the focal point...but I think that's a style thing as opposed to a technique.

Really like your clean crisp style, everything is well defined.
