No, it IS true: ze French resistance was all pretty girls, but zey only wore sexy underwear after Sept. 1943, so ze famous diorama with RenŽ and the girls having a good time (Euro Militaire 1992, pink medal, XX section) is wrong: sexy underwear canÕt co-exist with the type of wine bottle displayed on the counter next to ze German generalÕs corpse, as those bottle were only made till June 1942 due to a bomb slightly annihilating ze factory.
I wish people would pay more attention to ze historical details in this forum!
