I love Captain Marvel. Superman is a pus when it comes to Captain Marvel. I like Captain Mrvel almost as much as I like Batman. So i was really excited to see this;

Black Adam

I think he can pull it off. He definitely has the look. and he isn\'t a bad actor when it is an action movie.

he is getting better and as long as it comes down to him not speaking too much and handing out a bit of rough justice here and there should be good...

I am dubiuos as to the rock\'s acting talent.

I\'m sure he\'s not spent the last couple of years honing his skills on the stage ???

Cool.

Now, without looking it up, which greek gods first initials are used to make up
\'S.H.A.Z.A.M.\'?

And for the record, I can only ever remember half of them. So I actually
have to look it up to see if you\'re right. Embarrassing, isn\'t it?

Hmm, not being overly familiar with Shazam as I\'ve never read the comics I\'ll just have to guess. In no particular order other than the order I think of them, I\'d say Zeus, Apollo, Hermes, Hades, Ares, and, hmm, nope, can\'t think of one beginning with S.

EDIT: I decided to see if I was right. Obviously as I couldn\'t answer all of them so I wasn\'t. However, the question is incorrect. :p

I looked it up on Wikipedia when I couldn\'t think of them all, either. They weren\'t all gods.

Copied from wikipedia:

Billy must speak the wizard\'s name, an acronym for the six various legendary figures who had agreed to grant aspects of themselves to a willing subject: the wisdom of Solomon; the strength of Hercules; the stamina of Atlas; the power of Zeus; the courage of Achilles; and the speed of Mercury. Speaking the word produces a bolt of magic lightning which transforms Billy into Captain Marvel; speaking the word again reverses the transformation with another bolt of lightning.

In fact, only one of them is a Greek god, Zeus. Hercules is the Roman name for Heracles who is one of the Heroes (the children of zeus to mortal women). Acihlles is another Hero. Mercury is Roman god, although I suppose he could be called a Greek god using the Greek name, Hermes. Atlas was a Titan. You could view them as gods but they\'re not part of the Olympian pantheon. And of course, Solomon, has nothing to do with Greece, and was a mortal king.
