please excuse the shininess. it was the dullcoat. I have no idea how to fix it at this point. Comments and criticism are welcome.

Looks good! My main comment would be that the color palate is sort of limited. The skull is really close to the color of the coat, and the hair is similar to the trim.

Love the clean look of the model but agree with doc bob, the skull looks like it is the same as the cloths and the hair looks identical to the sholders, if thats the look you are going for very nice, if not then maybe use more different base colours for each part or not highlight both pieces up to the same point.

It\'s possible the Dullcoat was a bit too shiny because you didn\'t shake it enough.

The part that \'dulls\' is heavier and sinks to the bottom. I\'d say sit the spray can in a tub of very warm water, and then after a bit, shake the living bejeebus out of it and try it again. A light dusting, once properly mixed will be all you need.

Of course, if its not that, I\'d say try another brand!
