Should this be removed?

While looking through CMON today I came acrossthis. Now if you follow this link You will see the original, that the poster has just copied the pictures from. I have looked at the posters gallery, and call my cynical, but I really dont think this person painted the item.

Is it not against CMON rules posting others work and claiming it\'s yours?

I say this as he hasn\'t given credit to the people who\'s mini it actually is. But on his auction he does state it\'s brand new and unassembled. Personally I think it should be removed.

I think that he should take a picture of what he is actually selling, but if he uses that pic to show what the result will be that is ok, aslong as he takes the pic down after the auction.

The ebay auction seems to be pulled. But, Mike (Dragonsreach) has mentioned several times that in cases like this, contact the moderators about it.

Well I sent a PM to the poster about it when I first saw it.
No reply however.

Sadly it\'s not the first time, someone\'s posted others work as their own and I suspect it won\'t be the last.

my personal favorite was when a bloke was snagging orkydaves pictures and he was getting higher votes than orky daves original pic. i think his name was \"the great pretender\"

yeah i remember him he used a load of other peoples work as well. it was really obvious what he had done as the models he had used were prety new.
