So there is talk about forge world doing an ongoing line of historical models....GW has some of the greatest models in the history of mini painting..but it's guys like Simon Egan and Darren,Keith Robertson to name a few FW SCULPTORS THAT ALWAYS PUT THEIR BEST FOOT FORWARD.

Well that's a interesting bit of info. Many of my favorite GW models are forgeworld pieces, so I'd be interested to see what those artists did with historical pieces. Would it be in the 28mm gaming scale or 54mm like the majority of the display minis?

Regardless, it's nice to see forgeworld release a piece that works for the fantasy range again. For a long time they've been focusing on 30K. While I like those figures too, they used to make some really cool fantasy figures. Hopefully we'll get more of those too.

Bails I couldn't agree more. While those primarchs and preheresy models have set many standards ... It was a matter of time before they had to start beefing up and rounding out their fantasy minis for this new type of fantasy game. ;)

If FW starts making some historical figures, I'd love to see them do it in 28mm. There's no lack of amazing historic minis at 54mm+ but once you go smaller the quality really drops off. So if they make 28mm historics with their level of detail it would be glorious.

Thanks mr lost...Your just as good at creating wonderful models with complimentary teeny tiny environments..like the wolf frame GoT.. So I'll make a deal with you good buddy...how's bouts you don't ever stop creating wonderfully painted miniature models ,and I won't either. ;)
