On the subject of Gorillas

BaSM, I'm looking at your albino (no euphemism) and to me something's not 'clicking' but I can't quite put my finger on what it is.

Perhaps, it's the fact that the Gorilla is White/Grey and without a more 'fleshy' base or bias in the tones.
IF it's possible I'd suggest adding some Offwhite into the fur with either VMC Iraqi Sand or Deck Tan running into the shadow areas.
My 'problem' if it is one is a lack of experience or acquaintance with Albino-ism, so it's not something I can claim any kind of knowledge with or about.

Yes DR. It's funny how private enterprise is so much more efficient than government. Though it's certainly not a company, any government entity is a lousy business model on it's own.

I kind of like the ape how it is. I think in the first but definitely the 2nd pic, a lot of it gets drowned out by over exposure. There are some neat and subtle blues and I think yellows he threw in there. If anything, capitalize on these by going a bit deeper with them, but not too much so. I bit more off white may work, but I wouldn't go too brown. Pallid Wyche is plenty dark so long as you put it next to Ivory and pure white.

Off Track for a moment Since I work in an open plan office with some 30 others it gets difficult to concentrate amongst some seriously "Gobby Asshats", especially when one of them has serious habitual reference phrases and a F@ck awful laugh. Once they get heard it's impossible to 'not hear' (bit like once you see the arrow in FedEx, you can't unsee it) so a couple of stock posters like the patience one went up.
My other one is the Daniel Craig one below, with the added panel detailing timescale, amount of ammunition, weapons of choice and targeting route.
I SMILED FOR A WEEK WHEN I PUT THAT ONE UP.

Tomorrow I will start a w I p on a long anticipated model by GW he model is called none other than NAGASH! THE MODEL IS 1000 POINTS IN reference to the game Warhammer fantasy battle. There is a current battle report where it's the Iberian tomb kings on 1end and the supreme lord of the undead on the other by himself. Let's just say by turn 3 NAGASH HAS A HORDE ON his side from the mere power of binding the army in front of him to fight for him turn by turn regiment by regiment. He truly is massive and I'll be painting him in sections before assembly. The biggest component on the model is so many parts are "bone colored" so well be doing those pieces first.

going to be in visions (white dwarf)

Just been asked to send all the photos . read going to get things set up to be published in Warhammer visions. Although will take awhile to come into fruition it's on the track and in progress. Really depends on if they need anything else photography wise.this is a huge honor and they want to introduce more readers content into the visions subject matter. It was from having a readers model of the week (or nob) where I was asked if I had anymore material of greenskins. I was obliged to send in most of my work leading me to an email this morning that said it will be a bit but my work was desired to be shown as a readers spotlight in the Warhammer visions paperback monthly hobby book. Chica chicayaaaya (fogel).

Totally off topic (sorry about that!), but I just wanted to give a different view of what it can be like working for the government. I work at a national agency and we're constantly over-worked, constantly trying to improve the work we do and generally kill ourselves to do our best. Maybe it's because the recipients of our work are school children with disabilities and not doing your utmost is simply not an option.

Kudos, BaM. You've been fairly loyal to GW and their sculpts, glad they are recognizing you for your awesomeness. You should send them that shot of all those different space marines that you have in your gallery. Really a fan of those. And then a single shot of that Orc boss, the big ass one. Guys I really love all your passion about the goVT . But really you going right over my head with this.lol I don't even know where to start I don't think I started this topic but wow you guys are much more in tuned with the govt this and govt that, and all I wanted was to share my latest accomplishment.geez next thing you know I feel like I'm back in a polysci class. Your killing me here I don't mind could we at least pick a topic that I understand...Idk may even trees, mythology, earth science anything I just don't do govt. The most I can say is after 34 years paying into social security at least I'm getting back my investment from uncle sam in the former of a disability check. That's all I know about the got lol .
