View attachment 32264Ok folks the second model done since the seminar. It's going to be a while before a marked improvement but my basing is getting a little more daring and the two brush blending I'm happy with it in regards to il be using nothing but that even though my minis can come out a bit better if I rely on my layering techniques I know so well, but that won't help me master the 2 brush blending will it now:/

Also looking forward to getting the new blight kings boxed set this weekend as this was a test piece for those. Taking a break gnight folks.

Way to crank out another awesome paint job. Demi was right about the slime and you got it shown well on camera. The base came out well but I think it needs something else. Maybe some hands sticking out of the ground. Just my opinion though. Anyways can't wait to see what you start next.

I really don't like the figure (GW have been watching to much Pirates of the Caribbean) but you've done a good job of him mate. Tentacles look suitably slimey

I'd r think Ide be getting all this great feedback...most know me for dirty ing up a mini and we'll if I can't whether skin really to any extent I can Def throw some blood greasy slime and a thing else that allows me to express my feelings... like my life , dirty and messy like my table and even bedroom games...no baby please put the knife down...anyways I'm glad everyone likes the direction I went in.and yes denny this is why dull coats days are numbered...lol thanks a bunch.

St want to know if you guys feel what I'm feeling...."why I like nurgle so much" most of us have played RPGs growing up like the famous DanD but growing up from chaosium-a GW-game there was called "the call of cthulhu" this was an amazing game like HP love crafts mythology he wrote which the game is based on...I totally fell in love with all of it...even have some books that are all artists renditions of the cthulhu mythos based on love crafts works.the things I've read from him always has me labeled them 1 word or a few -words like unnerving and u setting , disturbing images of things that go bump in the night. I can see a clear likeness of chaos mainly nurglesque things replicating such nightmares from the cthulhu mythology.. this is my passion for nurgle and how GW does the best to personifie these likenesses..such creepy things from such abhorrent stories like -THE THING ON THE DOORSTEP- AT THE MOUNTAINS OF MADNESS-AND THE CREEPY FISH PEOPLE and the Dagon worshiping inhabitants of -THE SHADES OVERALL INNSMOUTH- WELL ENOUGH BOUT THE ELDER GOD SLEEP ING THEIR SLUMBER IN THE DE THE OF THE OCEAN IN RALEIGH A WAIT ING FOR THE STARS TO ALLIGN AND AWAKE AND RULE THE WORLD ONCE MORE...until then folks I'll leave you with this-make sure the next town your car breaks down in check the locals for gills and webbed hands..even tentacles lerhaps-muhaaahahaha

Next mini working on from mutant chronicles by war zone minis. I picked up a few alien thingies at drop zone games at the seminar-what a store ,everything you need under 1 roof..he's 33mm tall with a bio interface flamer and just by lookin at him he's not to be messed with presenting razid..
