Putty and paint photography

Can anybody tell me why my photos are fine until I upload them onto putty and paint they look fine on cmon and even been showed to look great when downloaded onto the computer at high pixel when uploaded into putty and paint it shows very blurry we use a cannon 6 d and never had a problem until I went to upload my "blight kings" and bam blurry can ANYBODY HELP ME"

Have you checked the width of your pics? If they're wider than 1200 they are automatically scaled down and that can cause a loss in quality, depending on the algorithm used by the software.

I think that the taupe background on P&P might have something to do with it. It's not doing your photo background any favors IMHO. I also bet it has something to do with the size of your image. maybe try a larger image? Spue Rotgut looks blurry too. The Ork bust looks just fine though. Maybe the guys on the P&P forum can help...oh wait...they don't have a forum.

Edit: or a smaller image...

y width has been scaled down to 700 then to 500 and still blur yet the photos are sharp and clear until I put them on p&p so I must be missing something any other ideas folks?? Really need you guys to put your heads together. . SoS need help SOS lol

Maybe try using a bigger pic BAM, or just a 1200 pixel pic. This is from the site:

A non bedroom quickie!!!.if you look closely you can see some varicose vein work.. I've always wanted to try it and up until this model didn't have the nerve but I'm extremely happy I pulled it off! At least I feel I did!!

Those veins look fantastic (I doubt that phrase gets used a lot besides in bodybuilding circles)! I think maybe just a couple lighter more transparent veins branching off to simulate some a little deeper or at different levels under the skin.
Also, love the base and excited where you'll go with it.

Looking good BAM. Maybe add in some red veins too and wash over it a couple few time to make it look like it is under the skin? Also veins look like spots as the rise to teh skin and then go back into the flesh so a couple of dots or short lines is cool too. I like the purple shading! The brown of the door, the leather, and the bricks is kind of running together for me though.


Edit: HAHAHAAHA Dude, slow down. at least let me get my criticism typed before you fix it all. sheesh. Purple green blue looks great!

LOL my girl is always pestering me get the minis and bases you have finished or no knew ones so every once in awhile I try to clean sweep...hey bud at least I'm able to get some knew pieces I'm really thinking bout that glotkin. .. lol sorry I posted so fast it's just Saturday "I WANT KNEW MINIS DAMNIT!!". SO GET THIS ONE DONE AND OUT THE DOOR! LOL IM OBSESSED!
