Great idea with this eye on the shield. It definitely should be there :D. It's so weird to see this miniature painted!

It's a testament to both BaM's and your own talent how good the mini looks painted

In the following week ill be posting my CB entries- I have 7 for CB and 1(gladiators) for arena Rex's first ever of many arena rex painting competition which is under the same roof as CB and adeptikon. Hang tight wild weasel this is great bear 10/4 over and out.

LOLOLOLOL best compliment anyone can give hendarion.thank you so much bud. Hinestly if I can do it ANYBODY can. I believe in practice makes close to perfect. I'm always practicing skin. As ling as there is skin, metal work or green skin I can paint it fairly nicely. This doesn't mean one sits down and says I'm going to practice skin. More so the fact that I keep honing my skills with recipes by almost always painting models with skin on it. Weather it be a comp piece or just a piece for my cabinet. You see .. The more models that pass through our fingers the better you get. So I tell everyone looking to increase including myself just keep on painting what you want to get proficient at and it always certainly will come. ;) thank you very much.

I have no doubt you'll be getting some cash from the Arena Rex people. Those gladiators are wicked. Guess there's a silver lining to all the squad categories being merged, you get to win prizes from other people!

Whole lot of stuff to be proud of there! Best of luck at the show, going to be a tough year but all your pieces are contenders!

On a side note, anyone else assuming BAM has to buy a new display case each year just to keep up with all the stuff he paints?

I like to imagine he has a button that makes all his household furniture flip around to display cabinets, and maybe another one which opens a bomb shelter to his stock of minis to paint :D best of luck bam, I suspect you'll come away with more awards to add to the pile

You have heard all my praise before, but as I looked at this new compilation of all your new works, I sat here thinking, this is the caliber of painting all hobbiest, young and old, new and practiced strive for. Thank you for sharing and teaching all the things you do.

I really like all the entries, and how your paintwork has evolved, specially freehands! ^^
