Lol thanks Krulebear next year we’ll get that beer!!!

SBS ON FADING DIRT AND SOIL ONTO THE BOTTOM TIP OF TABARDS!!!
what you’ll need 1) any beige color as that is what I’ll be using2) bestial or vermin brown3) Agra earthshade 4) dark brown paint like reaper brown liner 5) lahmian medium .
i will be posting photos- THE PHOTOS WILL CORRELATE TO THE STEPS. So step 1) = photo 1.
step 1) all the highlights and shadows have been placed step2) thinned our to a glaze the beatial brown and lay this onto the top of the cape.syep3)don’t unload it into a napkin instead dab very lightly and make patches and pools creating blotchy shapes using the bestial brown glaze. It may take a few passes to have it intensify to what you see in this 3rd picture/step.
step4)take Agra earthshade and dilute it 1:1 with the Lahaina medium again touch the tip with your brush and unload it into the model. Use your brush to push and pul towards the tippy tip of the tabard. Keep in mind with this step you start further down when you unload it more thirds the top like a roof shingle type of idea.5) use ahead earthshade in its on and again starting further in towards the top unload it and move it around till it covers totally the tippy tip just as in layering.your simply moving and layering your paint further and further in creating a gradient. After this is done than glaze your beige over the entire part from where you started to where the cape ends. This will blend it in as you see in step 5. At this point in the dark parts you can make lighter scratches very thin and in diff lengths along with dots in random directions. On the lighter part you can add dark scratches and dots .step 6) glaze in the very tip a dark brown (reaper brown liner)
dine.
