It's hard to paint a guy well after you've finished other models and make him look cohesive and like he belongs, especially with all that weathering. But you're a master at it! The standard guy looks great. And can't wait to see how this troll with the club develops.

Basically I’ll go with everything I’ve painted in the last year. So everything I’ve taken to crystal brush will be there. There are 3 categories- the fantasy , the historical, and the ordinance(composed of models that have been converted etc) each of these could have 1-20 or more models / projects . Open judging meaning if 12 folks show up with masterpieces than twelve folks recieved gold medal. It’s set up as a standard your against as opposed to forcing a top 3.;)

Am I correct that you have to pick one (in each category) to be judged, so you have to kinda guess which they would like the most?

Yeah jumbo they give you stickers it’s a color code. The green ones are put on your favorite piece as if to say “hey judges I feel this is my best” . It gives them a chance to see if they agree with you. Many times I’ve picjed something from my pot that I thought would give me the highest standard and many times they’ve chose their favorite over what I picked. It’s not a definite it’s just to give your thoughts on what your favorite is. Me I never put a sticker as I feel it helps them favor possibly the “whole “ and “ENTIRE” display.;) there are 3 categories and you can bring as many as you care to show in your display area. So basically you can win no more than 3 medals 1/ fantasy ,1/historical 1/ordinance which is converted pieces. Even the slightest can addition or tweak can make that piece able to declare itself ordinance. Good luck I shall see you there jumbo.

Lololol jeeepers creepers where did BaM get those peeepers!!!! Lololol MFCA sees the return of the EUROPEANS. this year I’ll be against an e trembly higher standard than in the past 2 years/ even Michael kontraris bought the 4 horseman piece with him . Seeing this thing in person that close is A MAZE ING!!!
