Love watching the way you develop flesh. I’ve got a lot to learn from that.

As Hairster said, the new gellerpox Nurgle guys looks like they’d be great with the BaM treatment

Looking awesome so far matey. I like how early you define things like the cut on the arm and the dribbling tongue. Very naturalistic tone so far too!

Very important to a unit

Guys I’m all about simulating realism -so after 2015 I started to give each member of my units I compete with subtle differences. Diff intensities of tone and hue etc. That doesn’t mean one or two don’t look really close but if lets say the five aberrant a I’m working on maybe 2 are exactly the same, and 3 are diff very little-or I might entertain the thought of 3 the same and subtle differences in the other two-or-the leader is a bit diff than each of the smaller ones. I continue to do what works and what’s given me the most success. I keep the same color palette on each project like the one before so that means there are similarities with these compared to my older aberants from Another point to bring up is I like to break up large surfaces of color with texture .things like smudges, scrapes, nicks, cuts chips and on these guys ..VEINS!!! Myrough blending is deliberate . It fits nicely into the mega dark imagery I try to emulate. If it was an imperial clothing it would be deliberately smoother. All these things I do I continue to try and master. It’s lead me to a cleaner and more precise version of blanchitsu.:) strategic light/shadow placement to the best of my understanding along with the inclusion of HOT/COOL ,complimentary colors and that’s everything included in my style purse.

Looking, uh, kinda gross, actually. Nice job!

I'll be interested in how you base these and build your display for them. No creepy graveyards for these boys, you've got to go... industrial hive city? Starship? Something cool, anyway.

2 lighting examples 1) Jannie babes super feeling awesome photo skills!!! And the next one in my overhead light in the kitchen / studio View attachment 68728View attachment 68731View attachment 68732View attachment 68733 also gents the blue will eventually be added -so why shade and highlight as normal- this was to save toile as I’ve already been through the steps to take with the blue. Figured wile I was already using this skin color the paint is really thin so no detail will be flooded and I’m a step ahead!!!
