Love the squats, man. I'm happy to see you going dwarf. They'll look great fighting against the space gobbos!

Idea for the genestealers: as the blue chitin represents the 'adult' form of the creature, maybe those figures that are a little farther along in the process of mutation can have a stronger cast of blue overall. The sculpts don't really impose this, as they all seem to have about the same amount of exoskeleton, but I'm sure you could find a way. Just a thought.

Great idea toad. Not really the avenue I’m taking I actually wanted the whole of them to be pale skin. Just to introduce the blue as a recessive color , along the lines of a spot color. I actually get a chance , with this newer pale skin look to let the vein work, pimples (still need to be glazed reds) and textures show up very well. But down the road I’ll keep this swell idea in mind. On a single aberrant as these five WILL NOT BE MY LAST- as I’m a sucker for Abbie’s!!!

Grot tank! Love it. If it turns out anything like the others it’ll be superb.
Squats! Love them. Would love to see you tackle the new Forge World squat guy for necromunda sometime. These dudes are fantastic.
Abbies! Hate them. They’re looking too good and they’re throwing me off my game. Seriously though, if I realised there was one with feeder tendrils I would have bought the box.

I must be weird as That newest genestealer sculpt is pretty cool. I like to touch of green in the tentacles.

Now to my biggest concern....you haven't painted nearly enough squats as these two are AWESOME!

Btw... you made me curious, what those "industrial" bases are going to be like.
The Orcadia piece has a very nice used look, so I'd assume that at least this piece is close to get finished.

Horsham thanks mate. I’ll keep going till all all finished my man. The bases stay tuned for I think idehave it try to look like rumble with concrete that is what used to be a type of mining colonoy look. At best guest my I te ruins for bases never come out exactly as I want. The inner guy takes over and all though I like the outcomes often I’m saying -well that not what I imagined . stay tuned once the Abbie’s are done I’ll be abs the bases .

Coming to a close - the genestealer paint along that me and the guys did was some great fun especially seeing the exceptional work for foxtail on his Abbie leader and the hybrid from golden demon entry and former golden demon award winner hairster. Unfortunatley all good things come to an end and though I have a bit of a ways to totally finish up my Abbie unit it’s still more to the end than not for me. Good news is I’ll get to start my rogue trader nurgle unit!!!!!
