Well, to be a Pathfinder Nerd about it, the sword is a trophy from a Frost Giant that she killed by herself, so it's supposed to be way out of proportion with her. :)

Love the paint job, and your style choice actually fits the "official" iconic version of the character pretty darn well

great work so far, the sheer effect is somewhat reminiscent of seven of nines grey jump suit looks spot on to me and lets face it if you have the likes of milosh, trys and krule etc saying its good then yep its good. Im so glad i chucked my paints in the bin lol

Chompsky, thank you for the kind words and for posting the artwork, I hadn't seen it before and it's awesome! I figured that her armor was leather, though, rather than metal :/ hmm, now I'm not sure what I like better...also, that backstory is badass.

And thanks cassar! :D What's this about chucking paints in the bin? I mean, if it's gonna make you crank out more awesome sculpts...

Thanks for the input, I think I'll be going back to the reddish base with Amiri.

In the meantime, there's nothing like an excellent Christmas present to get you well and truly sidetracked! :D

Thanks for the kind words! This is possibly the most fun I've ever had with a mini. The sculpt is fantastic, I would definitely recommend it!

Worked on the face today, spent more time than is obvious on the eyes, heh:

I like all of it... Will have one more thread to follow...

The eyes are incredibly well done, what is the size of the bust?
I also like direction you are taking with the green cloth...

Thanks Boubi! The bust from head to base is 120ish millimeters tall, not including the staff I haven't attached yet. I *think* she's around 200mm all put together.

Oh yes, this awesome bust. I have loved this bust ever since it first came out. You are doing an excellent job on her so far. I'm going to have to score one of these.
