OK you lot heres a pic of her before I went on holiday and didnt have time to post.As you can see Ive done the armour red and its nearly finished.One more highlight will be put on after the gold trim is done.I like the deep earthy red that Ive got and want to see what it looks like with the gold before I over do it.BTW its red gore basecoat,layered up to blood red.The gold areas have been based with scorched brown.
I quite like the look of the white undercoat on the hair,should I paint it this colour??

The hair looks like it\'d be nice in white, but something about the red rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it\'s just that final highlight that\'s missing, or something about it being, um, too red. I can\'t seem to pinpoint it exactly.
OK guys something meatier to feasy yer eyes on.Update from the previous pic took me 2 hours last night.
Gold nmm;scorched brown,snakebite leather,golden yellow,skull white lightsource.
Steel nmm;fortress grey,skull white.
The blade is to do and touching up here and there and I think Ill do the top of the bolter gold.
Comments,advice and questions appreciated.
EDIT the red armour WILL be getting another highlight.

I like the hair white, the gold did bring out the red very nicely. klute this looks really great.

Sorry Klute when you posted this last night I couldn\'t think of anything to say. (Not feeling 100% yesterday).
However having slept on it I would suggest that as you\'ve gone all towards the same area of the spectrum (Browns/Reds & Warm) there is a need to strengthen the shadows.
Therefore my suggestion is to darkline around the NMM gold with a complementary dark colour ie dark blue (or blue/black). This might just give the NMM the extra bite out from the background.
Hope that this may be of some use.

Catch your drift Mike.From the last pic I would finish off the nmm gold with a thin black-brown wash around the outer edges.Ill do a test area with a blue tint to see if I like it.I still think the red needs slight edging.Im about to sit down to it so Ill get another pic up soon as.
