Sister of Pleasure- damage into negative

Do monsters continue to acquire wounds past the point at which they die? The question is whether the Sister of Pleasure's retaliatory strike heals her from 5 wounds, or whatever number she suffered.

-For example, she suffers seven wounds (from two attacks) and her retaliatory strike gets one burst, so she heals 2 damage. Does she heal to three, or is she dead?

*Overkill (Did not Overkill)
*Monster Payback (1 burst)
*Monster Effects (Recovers 2 Damage)
*Remove dead models (she still has 5 damage so she dies)
