Size of Warmachine = Warhammer 40K?

I\'m thinking of doing some 40K conversion using parts from the Warmachine line. Are they roughly the same size? Specifically I was thinking of using Warmachine\'s armor suits and weapons for 40K dreadnought and terminator.

They are close if not exact. I think they both claim to be Heroic 28MM whatever that means. Shouldn\'t be any reason you couldn\'t mix and match.

Just one thign to be careful of, you can\'t use Privateer Models in a GW Tournament. As long as you are playing with friends you won\'t have a problem.

Ya there are some jack bits that would make excellent conversions for larger 40k models.
