At least it had already scored a 9.7 and earned you a demon. Would be even worse to drop it BEFORE doing either of those, but thankfully it's okay so no harm I guess. I did once kick my GD entry across the patio at the Baltimore convention center immediately after dullcoating it. :( As in your case though, not much damage, but it does get your heart racing.

I love the ogre, and his sexy pants. Tatoos are also brilliant. Curious to see how you pull these colors together when combined with the orc. You are walking a very fine line by including shades of red, blue and yellowish green.

I had to go back and look up your grot tank to see what I'd missed. Absolutely gorgeous! That's got to be one of my favorite minis ever now. It really reminds me of some of the REALLY old Warhammer and GD dioramas from the late 80's /early 90's: bright, whimsical, and covered in detail. Nice work!

thanks :)

beginning of another grot tank, this one is going mainly black and white theme but some other colors smashed in.
also made some changes to the other tank, hacked and smashed the base. realised it was too much base too little tank.

all funny ideas appreciated :) if i have time to spare befor the competition i will probably convert more grots flying

Sometimes they double post, sometimes they don't.

Your tanks are dope! At first I was disappointed when you said you were doing tanks, cuz they just don't do it for me. But your weathering and use of color changes my mind, as usual. Love to see your go-to colors at work, like red-black.

thats looking really good. the weathering is really nice. more light hearted then some of your other stuff, but still has that flair. nice one. good diversify i would say.

darth, nice idea not sure how to incorporate the canonball in the scene though, as the tank will be gazing in a similar way like the other (less extreme though)

the last of the 3 tanks will be the command tank, it will not be "moving" like these two

Hmm what is the main gun like? If it's large bore then you could have the grot in the barrel

ty, guess i should had one more picture between the 3rd and 4th picture, when the masking was just removed (yes andy, purple liquid masking fluid). still some work left on the front.

thanks MrJim! im very happy with my whole duel so far, too bad i have to take a break there. first thing first :)
