hi there guys so this is my first post on here and im trying something alittle bit ambitious
im going to try and convert the chaos skin wolves into Ushabti warriors
kinda keeping with the look seeing as the wolves as a slight resemblence to jackals like the egyptian god anubis was a jackal and he was the decider of those to enter the next realm and to protect the tombs

'' Anubis is depicted in funerary contexts where he is shown attending to the mummies of the deceased or sitting atop a tomb protecting it''

Ive already got the gamesday Skinwolf with empire figure dead in the hand..

but i cant make my mind up as wether to sand off the bandages of leave them on?
and the for the armor decoration

this traditional egyptian

last two links from stargate as an idea

so my question is which sort of decoration would look best do you think?
il upload pictures at weekend

Probably depends on how the rest of your army looks. You don't want it to look out of place...assuming you have an army.

My mistake for not mentioning this is just for alittle diorama. i dont have an army anymore dont have time to get to my nearest GW. so im just building dioramas :)

You can use any colour to highlight black, really. You may want to pick a contrasting colour from whatever else is in the diorama ... or something similar to the background if he'll be posed in hiding or jumping out from cover or something like that where he's meant to blend in to the surroundings.

Typical colours used to highlight black are blue for armour, brown for animal skin/fur, green for electronics/plantlife...you know, whatever colour you'd expect the thing to be underneath. So for a fantasy creature, anything goes.
