A little background: Since 6th ed has come out for 40k, i've reallly enjoyed using the character skulltaker for my demons. I had been proxying a chariot but i was fed up with how silly it looked. I decided to knuckle up and make one! I had some really crappy concept art and kinda just went with a really vague idea and this is what come out!

this has probably taken 12 hours so far in the last week ish...

Mind you this has a bit more work to do and needs to be painted but here it is, My demon chariot for the skulltaker!!!!

Also this is my first big plasticard project...

Quick way for lots of skulls would be to make a mold of any existing skulls and cast them. If you just need the face portion of the skull, a press mold out of GS might be the way to go. Or you can purchase a skull pack. I think Reaper sells them, and i'm not sure if GW still sells skulls or not.

As for attaching the Juggernauts, something spiky with hooks, chains, blades and body parts, I think would look the most chaotic.

Or paint brass.

If you are a weedy khorne deamonlover!!

If it were my chariot, I'd try to incorporate some funky piercings on the demon head as anchors for the chains attached to the Juggernauts pulling the thing. Maybe a couple hoops on the brow-line on each side or funky ear piercings that chain into the Juggernaut's collars. Just my two cents.

Well i just got some nice chain from my local hardware store. now i have the chain, i just need the anchoring spot. Drescher's idea is good butmarj also has a good point.... maybe the chains can come out of the maw of the chariot????

Alrighty Gang, I finished a bit more on this fellow
-Wheels are finished and attached
-chains are attached to the chariot
-Base widened
-Khorne symbol on the floor!

That's it so far, mounting skulltaker and beasts is next!

That is looking proper Khornate and no mistake :) my only piece of advice would be that the wheels look a bit too clean. Maybe some chains around them (like snow chains, almost) or spiked wheel rims (for the grinding of bones etc) would make them fit in with the chariot more. Generally, though, ace work!
