Slaanesh army colourscheme and Ogre Flesh spray....

Hey all! I\'ve just started a Warhammer Slaanesh Mortal army. (Mainly made up of Marauders and Mounted Daemonettes) Since I will have a lot of models to do I would like to find a few shortcuts. I rate my ability as 6-7 CMON and so I want my models to look decent.

I have been wondering about using Ogre Flesh to cover the flesh which constitutes the majority of these models.

Having no experience with this spray I would like to ask your guidance. I am either thinking of thise sheme:

I know this is a little brighter than the spray so I began to wonder about inks. If I spray ogre flesh and then use pink/purple inks to build up shade and add a pink/purple like this:

Now, I am not saying these are my definative choices. Just a guide to what I am thinking of.

If anyone could suggest how to sue Ogre Flesh spray to paint the flesh of my army I would really appreciate it. Any suggestions are welcome from you pro\'s :D

I used Ogre flesh spray on the kroot for my tau army. Its a good one to use since its an unusual colour.

I built up highlights over the top of the spray - not quite drybrushing, more like using the side of the brush and being careful not to get the highlight colour into the recesses. I followed this up with a thinned brown wash for shading

The only major problem with using Ogre flesh spray is that GW do not currently make a paint pot version of it. therefore you don\'t have a way to touch it up if you make a mistake. If you\'re using it for a lot of models, it may be worth trying to mix up something similar from other colours, so that you can touch up the spray. At a guess I would say Graveyrad Earth plus a small amount of catachan green would come pretty close

Have Fun

Matt
