yes, its me with another thread!!! can you believe it, yes you can. any one got any fluff on the salies? anything at all, but mainly what their home world is like? is a ball of rocken or a volcanic jungle planet?

Have you got the new SM codex?or even tried wikipedia\'ing about them? That should have a good amount about them and the codex also does.

Wikipedia says:

Technically-adept warriors with a preference for short-ranged combat, the Salamanders favour heat-based weaponry and, visually, have an almost tribal appearance, with scarification being common among the Chapter\'s warriors, and due to high levels of radiation on Nocturne all marines have coal-black skin and burning red eyes.

I dont have my codex with me to solidify anything but the above sounds about right

from past descriptions, it seems like the planet is more of a rocky volcanic planet, than a volcanic jungle...
the fluff has never really done them justice...

we can all rejoice that there\'s a sallie novel comin\' soon...
hopefully they will go into much more detail about nocturne...
