Anyone else finding the site remarkably slow?

I haven't been on the site long but I have noticed that there are days I get a 500 error and the server times out. Just figured the server was overloaded with all of the new traffic lately(myself included).

Usually, I notice it is slow as it is waiting on some outside ad company's website to load. Probably images or something. Hasn't been that bad for me actually.
