SM vs Orcs question

This is kinduva game fluff question for you 40k guys out there, but it will actually effect some painting decisions for a project I\'m working on.

Can anyone tell me which SM chapter has the most bad blood or history with Orcs? Or conversely, is there a particular Orc clan that bumps into Marines?

I appreciate the help if anyone knows!

i hate to say it but i woud say ultra marines.allthought they all have beef with the orcs.

I was hoping for anything other than Ultra Marines or the Wolf guys. I thought maybe it would be someone a little less common.

You can always go ahead and create your own chapter that has a long history fighting a specific ork faction.

I\'d say pick an ork tribe that you like and build the SM chapter around always fighting with that tribe. You can even go as far as saying that this chapter was created especially for fighting that ork tribe because they were that big of a threat.

Ultramarines are more Tyranid hunters.
Black Templars. They were at Armageddon and are on a crusade to catch Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka.
I would also throw the Blood Angels in there too. But only because of Dante. The reason he wears a mask is because orks disfigured him.

@Diablofollower; Why would you create a chapter just to fight orks. That¡¯s a lot of training and money to shell out just for one species of Xenos.

every crimson fist vet is a acomplished ork hunter due to this

@ Ebonbuddha - Well you can create a chapter just to fight orks for the fun of it. Sure in reality it would take a lot of money and resources to train something like that up, but it\'s a game and I think a chapter like that would be very interesting.

Just seems silly to make a group so specific for such an minor threat.

its mainly black templar and salamanders that fight orks. They both battled orks in armegeddon

definetly crimies. the closing line in about 90% of the fluff ive read about them ends with\"their hatred of the orks knows no bounds\" sort of lines

@Ebondbuddha - I agree it can be. But if you worked the fluff up enough to the point where they are more than just a minor threat it can work. Plus it\'s just an excuse to create your own unique chapter.

So it sounds like there are a bunch of options. I\'ll take a look at a couple of these factions and see which one will work best stylistically. Sounds like just about everyone has had a chance to be on the wrong end of some whaag. =P

Surely Blood Angels, since there chapther masters face got messed up by them or black templars. Maybe you could include some death watch kill team space marines ? After all they are the most alien hating space marines of them all!
