Small sculpting commission

I have a small commission I need done. It is a GS (or fimo, or sculpey) component. An armoured helmet, to be precise, so the sculptor needs to be able to do nice, crisp edges. Suggestions please (I\'d prefer a CMONer, but would consider anyone with a portfolio).

He will be better when finished;)
Left forearm has a flat gaunlet on as a base for a heavy weapons platform,,,,rocket launcher/flame thrower/railgun ?
I might put him in full combat trousers and boots now I have to re do the legs,more military less hulk.

Oh and he will be cast.
Kev at Hasslefree has offered to try and sort it out.If its not feesable I will do one myself out of resin,or ask Scott of course.
He is big though and metal might make him too pricey if I wanna sell them.
Heres a back shot.

Thats enough of the highjack.

Hi Klute,

let me know if you want me to drop you a line when there is a mould sharing opportunity some time.

Nice sculpts. Good drapery. Just a little puzzled about the mousling. Is that hair, or is he wearing chainmail?

Bye, Ming-Hua

Quick tip on fur: to add realism to fur and hair realism: keep in mind how. Katherine Dewey has a nice drawing of a mouse showing it for a mouse here:

And if you want to try chainmail some time, here is a demo: http://www.lyonstudio.com/Sculpting/Sculpting%20Textures.htm

I\'ll drop you a note next time there is a mould to share.

By the way, are you joining the Frother\'s sculpting competition?

Bye, Ming-Hua

cheers Klute, I\'ll send you a pm tomorrow (p.s, I liked the orange version of that guy better. Maybe you could have just GS\'d the cracks).

I\'ll send specific details of the work I need done in the pm.

@Ming-Hua
Thanks for the links.
Yeh drop me a note.I check 1list pretty regular too.
Frothers have 2 entries from me already.I will pm you a link to a pic.Mums the word though.

@Dammekkos2
No problem I need the practice.
Let me know soon as possible tommorrow.Im off on holiday saturday for a week and if we get stuff sorted I will take some gear with me.

The orange guy was more of a crumbling mess than cracks in the end.Not much choice in it really.He has veins and stuff now too.Looking at it close up it is a lot smoother in proportions across the shoulders and chest.
