Snow and lava

for melting snow i mix up gws snow flock with gws ardcoat, this creates a wet looking white mass that can be transparent, this is then allowed to dry for a few minutes. for unmelted snow i just give it a quick white drybrushish add.

the finnished surface is somewhat paintable i guess, never tried osl on it, perhaps i should..hmmmmm

Thanks for the tip. For this, I mixed GF9 snow with Woodland Scenics realistic water and a bit of white glue, then blobbed it on and sprinkled more snow flock over the top. The next morning, when I was actually awake, I decided it didn\'t look wet enough, so I put a little more realistic water over the top. In retrospect I made the initial mixture far too thick, and will make it a bit runnier on the next one.
