So where's my super dungeon explore?

Ok so it's been a week, no replys to my emails, It's starting to feel like I've been scammed. Especially considering that I asked Brandy at GenCon before I ever preordered if I'd get tracking info on my package once it was shipped, and I was told yes. I'm not sure how else to contact someone from CMoN since there is no actual email address (just a contact form) and no phone number to call and find out where my stuff is...

I can only assume the cmon shop guys are super busy because I have also sent in a question about a different product and I haven't received a response, which is unusual because they are typically quick.

In regards to SDE: I read on an earlier forum post they were NOT sending out shipping confirmations because the warehouse was shipping so many out. Also In the listserv email they say it is shipping this week....not last week. I did notice, however, that if you go to my account > my orders > View order > track your order, I do actually have a federal express number there, and I can go to fedex and track it.

Don't worry CMON isn't a scam, I've been ordering for years, you can send them an email though at shop@coolminiornot.com and/or support@coolminiornot.com and I actually have no idea wtf you are talking about in regards to contact info: on the reciept: "You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at support@coolminiornot.com or call us at (678) 956 0355 Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST. "

I didn't order online, I placed an order in person at GenCon, when I asked them face to face if I would receive tracking info (no the only lie I was fed before giving them my money.) The reason I am trying to find out if it was shipped (and they were shipped last week, the last orders went out on friday) is because on my receipt for my address listing it only lists my zip code and I wanted to make sure they had my full address. I've actually been trying to contact them for weeks.

I think that part of the issue is that quite a few people in the UK have got their copies, making people think it's gone out for everyone. I'm not sure if anyone (bar promo copies) in the US has it yet.

I have no idea how the logistics of this work. Perhaps there was some in the UK waiting for the green light from the US side?

I know it's tough, but I'm sure it'll only be a few more days and you definitely won't be disapointed when you get it. I've spent the last two nights assembling mine and It's really pretty special. CMON are certainly not scamming you. I've been dealing with them for years and have had nothing but great customer service.

All pre-orders and distribution orders have been shipped, with literally thousands of boxes being processed, it is impossible to update everything into our system immediately. I am sorry that Brandy did not get back to you, she is on medical leave this entire week, but I will be more than happy to assist you, feel free to email me at borg@coolminiornot.com and I will track down the shipment for you.

As for UK customers getting products. It is not surprising, because our European partners had their own dedicated shipments that went to them at the same time we get ours.

I know everybody is excited about getting their game, and we are doing our best to get them to you as fast as we can.

I did purchase online, and did get shipping information. i have been tracking it and since delivery is has been delivered to my local post office (weird for fed ex to do that, well that is unless someone tipped them off about my dog :p) so it says in notes to allow for an additional 1-2 days delivery time from local post office.

from my end, no complaints, full disclosures, tracking, contact, etc.

i would have to agree with the earlier posters which borg confirmed, typically its only semi confusing when its super dungeon busy there.

have no fear you will be taken care of, just have some faith and a little patience my friend.
