soccer/Bloodbowl hooligans. And Orcs and.... Orcs army idea.

Oi lads! Need some help brainstorming my army here

the army book: Orcs and goblins new book
The general theme: Orcs orcs orcs and orcs. Not a single goblin, snotling, or even squig model. no trolls, no giants, no warmachines (they have gobbo crew)

The general idea of the army is that I want each unit to be rowdy hooligans for their favorite team. BUT... I don't know if I want to do premier league soccer teams (and we all know black orcs would be Manchester, and the savage orcs would be arsenal ). OR.... have them dedicated to orc bloodbowl teams. Either way there's 2 things I'm looking at:

1) How do I represent their chosen team in the paint scheme. Jerseys seem to be the most obvious option, but there's a lot of red or blue jersey teams, and most of them don't have a secondary color so the army might look a little bland

2) How do I base them. Bright green soccer pitch? mud? something fancy?

and lastly, I plan to paint them to look very "cartoon"ish.

I've painted a bloodbowl team last month. I called them the Orksenal althought the colours were not the ones of Arsenal. Maybe it will give you some ideas:

Hall of Fame: Urgar Henry, Andrei “rabid” Orcshavin, Lee Rancid Dixon, Robert Foamface, Coach Arsene Wengstab.

Those pictures were taken at Ork Trafford while the home team was away playing against Wolves. This is only mentioned to explain the poor quality of the pitch on the pictures.

It has to be mentioned as well that the number 10 on those pictures is well and truly an Orksenal player despite bearing strong physical resemblance to another famous n°10 “Ork United” player.

Any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental !!!"

hmmm.... actually that does give me some ideas. Might paint up each squad (and convert) to be like their own team. Or at the very least, wearing some bloodbowl gear
