Software for uploading images help needed!!!

Hi i have painted miniatures and am not sure what program i should use to upload/resize images. Can ne1 recommend one? thx

Uploading you can do via your web browser (if it\'s not an ancient version). CMON will host pics you want to post here. As for resizing/editing, I use Paint Shop Pro but you have to pay for it (it\'s time-limited shareware). There are lots of shareware/freeware basic image editors though I think. Try download.com or some similar site.
