It took me a good amount of time to finish this guy, made using parts of the GW´s daemon prince kit, and lots of putty and inspiration.

This one is in my top ten fav minis of mine, being almost completely made out from scratch, but for the shields, spikes, skulls and tentacles... oh and a GK halberd as a horn
