Some hobby foam for a now grumpy man?

Would anyone be willing to provide me with some hobby foam? I\'m after some of the high density stuff.
Reason is that if I walk into another shop or make another phonecall to ask for it, and then recieving either a blank stare or silence at the other end of the line, I might punch someone:D

Im willing to buy some or trade something, I\'m easy that way baby!

yea, thats the stuff........
Probably need about a sheet of 30cm x 30cm x 5cm or something there abouts....

I did find an online shop that would sell me a sheet slightly larger than that.... but I put the phone down when I was quoted
£9.50 for postage

Living inCov does occasionally have advantages. In this case it\'s the fact that the uni boasts a rather good aerospace and car engineering department. Occasionally I can get offcuts of the stuff in question from a mate of mine. They tend to come in odd shapes as they use it to make aerofoil shapes etc. I\'ll keep an eye out for you but I won\'t be able to get anything untill next term.

Springbok, you can get the Pink stuff from B&Q you have to buy an effing great pack its about £20, but you get several square feet of it. If you go out the back to where all the insulation is kept (there packed in rectangular blocks and shrink wrapped, dont bother asking the staff they tend to just go durr we aint got none or what is it!) there will enough there to keep you in modeling material for ages, we use it for our modular games boards.

I would recommend using a half decent mains powered hot cutting wire tool though as saws and knives and the like are a pain in the arse

Or i think you can get the blue stuff from that Barrule web site

Unfortunately that doesn\'t work here in California. They don\'t seem to think we need insulation foam here :(

On the other hand, the high for Christmas day is going to be 61 even if it is supposed to rain. :D
