Some Miscellaneous Questions

I have a couple of miscellaneous questions that have been bugging me over the last couple of months with regards to CMON. Not sure whether this is the right place to ask them, apologies if not. Here goes...

1. What is the 'Rep Power' thingy displayed below avatars on the forum. I had at first thought that it would correspond to something like the number of people who read ones posts, but there doesn't seem to be any clear correlation.

2. Pictures in lots of the older forum posts are lost. How do I avoid this happening? (I've been adding pictures using the little picture icon in the Advanced Reply dialog, rather than hosting externally via Photobucket or similar). What are the advantages of using Photobucket over this?

3. Is there any plans to change the voting system to reduce the number of votes you need to get a score? Is there a downward trend to the number of votes one gets? (I vaguely remember that my minis I added from circa 2007 got 70+ votes easily - sadly I deleted these pictures so can't confirm this).

4. Has there been any thoughts about updating the main CMON interface for phone apps. Forum seems OK, but browsing galleries and voting is a real pain.

Once again, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask these questions.

1. if you find a response to a question / small tutorial or comment helpful you can click on the small star underneath (add to users reputation) after a certain number of those the rep-power grows by 1 (at least that's how I think it works)

2. can't answer, most are lost when the 3rd party provider (photobucket or other) change their usage or go under making the pics unavailable from then on. If the pic was uploaded here... no idea why.

3. doesn't look like there will be a change and yes between 2005-2009 it was super easy to get about 100 votes, now if you are not known and doesn't have a large following it's hard to go above 30.

4. to be honest I'm amazed, that CMON keeps this forum and the gallery. The best profit they have is from board game KS-s. So because of this: not likely.
