They're pan oceana not nomad. I call them THE RED OCEAN STRIKE FORCE! (dramatic music)

the red formula is supersecretawsomeformulared made exclusively for me by me.
But because you all are also supersecretawsomeformulareddudes I will tell you.......
Base = mechrite red + blood red mix.
shade = devlan mud. then leviathan purple.
highlight = blood red, then .......................(whispers filled with suspense) blood red + spacewolf grey mix. then final in spacewolf grey.

For the white a base of astronomican grey then just layered thinly up to white
