I'll try and help a little. Finish the bases. Big thing. Get them looking smart, neat and all the same will go a long way to making the models look better. The models in general also seem rather dark. Due to this they look a little ill defined. Its difficult to see the detail in the mini. The guns look just undercoated. If they are painted you need some highlights to make them pop out of the screen. The robes look flat and a little bland. A little shading and highlighting will really bring out the colour and shape of the sculpt.

Dont be discouraged by the score. It'll pick up if you finish off the models a little more :)

There's plenty of blending tutorials here and online. I found the videos by girlpainting on youtube very useful when learning to blend. Check a few of those out and get practising. You'll soon improve.

Hiya!

I think working on your photography will help big time in the presentation.

As far as the paint goes, I agree it's a bit dark. If anything, just push up some ultra highlights on places that would catch the light. That will give your minis some much needed pop.

I don't think the bases are bad at all. I love how they are themematically connected to each individual character.

Keep at it!!
