Someone help me pick a mini

Greetings good people.

Couple of friends of mine are getting married and I wanted to do something a little different as a wedding present.
I\'d like to do a small diorama with a couple of figures, one male, one female and a small scene but I\'m a bit stumped.
All I\'ve come up with is Galadriel and Celeborn; some other elf / she elf combo or something dark like a male / female vampire scene.
Don\'t want it to be some epic \'duel diorama\' (although that does conjure up interesting wedding images lol ) but I was thinking more of mimicking the traditional figures like you see on top of a cake.

I could try and be relevant to them as he\'s a trumpeter in a ska / punk band and she\'s a journalist but I think I\'d be pushing it there.

Any suggestions would be muchos appreciatos as I\'m struggling on this one.

Well, I got married a couple of days ago and wanted something similar for the wedding cake. My first idea was the old couple from Hasslefree ... I even bought the miniatures but my wife was a bit reluctant about the idea. Ultimately we settled for ... Smurfs! I repainted the >>Smurf Groom<< and the >>Smurf Bride<< to create >>this<<.

But be warned - the quality of Smurfs isn\'t the best and the painting can be frustrating at times.
